Pressure elements

TurboCare Poland S.A. has over thirty years experience in manufacturing pressure components for the Polish and export power generation markets. We offer a wide range of pressure equipment, such as: pressure parts for power boilers and heat boilers, pressure vessels and heat exchangers.

Low-pressure and non-pressure components of power boilers

• Air heaters (plate, rotating and tubular air heaters),
• Pulverized fuel burners (fed with hard coal and brown coal),
• Dehydrators, coal feeders, coal pulverizers,
• Slag removal systems.

High-Pressure Components of Power Boilers and Heat Boilers:

• Water heater coils, steam superheaters,
• Walls and bulk-heads of power boilers and heat boilers,
• Collecting chambers,
• Pressure pipeline elements.

In the scope of pressure elements we offer the following services:

• Pipe binding - cold technique on the machines:
  • Herber EMB 125 TB with binding scope from 57 mm to 108 mm and the wall thin 8,0 mm,
  • Herber SBM 75 TB with binding scope from 25 mm to 57 mm and the wall thin 8,00 mm,

• Pipe bottling,
• Pipe winding, with sheet gauge to 25 mm,
• Pipe spreading in walls,
• Cold pressure welding methods: arc welding lagged method and TIG, MIG/MAG welding,
• Pipe welding with max. diameter 508 mm and wall thickness 90 mm,
• Coil pipe manufacturing with weight to 10 tons.

In manufacturing and repair of the pressure elements we specialize in welding methods:

• TIG,
• MIG MAG - welding wire,
• MIG MAG - pulverize wire.

In our philosophy we base on delivering our customers the reliable machines, which are manufactured according to all required standards. We possess UDT authorization in the scope of manufacturing and repair of pressure elements, boilers, water boilers, pressure tanks, pipelines, technological pipelines for gas, technological pipelines for water, non-pressure tanks and pressure tanks for inflamable liquid materials, toxic and caustic.

In our production process we care for quality. The quality control in our company supervises the manufacturing process, execute interoperational tests and control tests, final tests, prepares the certificates with protocols from research, material atests and concession documentation. The performed full scope of research and quality documents from the whole production process give the customer guarantee of the best performance of orders.

We are able to accomodate to the detailed needs, performing both manufacturing of small pressure elements and big elements. We perform also assembly and re-assembly, supporting the qualified co-operants, if needed.
