Machining services

TurboCare Poland S.A. specializes in various types of machining works of the large elements (1-100 tons). Due to well- coordinated production management we are able to offer the high-quality products, meeting the European and American standards.

Machining services:

• machining in the full scope,
• machining of frames with diameter to 4000 mm on the portable hydraulic lathe, also in customer place - without need of re-assembly of frame.

We have good-equipped machine mark, which allow offering the complex services for our customers. Below the examples of the most important machines and the scope of services:

• Milling-drilling machines
  • NC ADP 115 - 6000 mm x 1950 mm with rotating table (10 tons),
  • NC WD 200 - 12 500 mm x 3 750 mm,
  • CNC W 250 H- 15 000 mm x 5 150 mm with CNC rotating table (80 tons).

• Lathes
  • CNC 5000 mm x 2 500 mm,
  • NC 3 750 mm x 2 500 mm,

• Milling machine - to 900 mm,
• Planing machine - to 6000 mm.

JWe are open to our customers' needs related to manufacturing and machining of mechanical components for power plants and other industries. In case of very untypical orders of mechanical and heat treatment we may use the qualified suppliers, which allow us keeping the quality as the priority factor.
