In the past ten years TurboCare Poland S.A. has fully adjusted its manufacturing capabilities and competencies to manufacture high quality steel components with weight to 100 tons. We specialize in manufacturing of various types of large steel construction fabrication.

With the consolidation of TurboCare Poland S.A. into the Siemens organization, our scope for production of generator components has increased. TurboCare Poland S.A. became a supplier of components for generators frames manufactured by Siemens, such as generator stator housings or frame steel structures, e.g. generator bed plates.

Our company, due to high quality of products, has became the qualified suppliers of generator parts manufactured by Siemens. It confirms the certificates such as SLV certificate, confirming qualifications according to the European Union standards, and AMSE certificate according to the US standards.

• Frames for air-cooled generators, generator bed plates, turbine elements, compressors (10-60 tons),
• Frames for hydrogen-cooled generators (45-90 tons).

According to customer needs we implement the special production line of covers for hydrogen-cooled generator frames (30 tons). Due to customer requirements we offer our customer the different services, such recently performed (from design to manufacturing) the special tank for storage and transport of generator rotor. Our modern design teams efficiently coordinate the completion of placed orders. We are open to requests for quotations for various types of steel components from domestic and foreign customers.

  • machining of metal elements with boring mills NC WD-200, NC ADP-115, CNC W250-H, elements of parameters: 15000 mm x 5150 mm, rotational table with load capacity 80 tons,
  • turning details of diameter up to 5000 mm and length up to 2500 mm on vertical lathes - CNC and NC,
  • other machining (turning, milling, planning) the elements up to 6000 mm.
