TurboCare Poland S.A. is a recognized company providing generator service to domestic customers as well as to the American and European markets. Our staff is well qualified and experienced in generator service. Over two hundred TurboCare Poland S.A. employees received training and provided generator service in the USA.

We are providing our offer to the international market as well to the Polish market, where we offer a wide range of services and inspections in conventional power plants and hydro-generation plants.

In scope of our services at customer place, we offer a wide range of our service works.

General Overhauls of Stators:

• Replacement of core frame mounting system,
• Restacking of core punchings with new or refurbished sheets,
• Partial replacement of core punchings in horizontal, at customer site,
• Replacement of old winding with a new one or refurbishment of used winding.

Inspections of Stators:

• Slots rewedging,
• Replacement of bushing gaskets,
• Repair of damage on core,
• Refurbishment of semiconducting and insulating varnish coating,
• Repair of damage on core to frame mounting system,
• Repair of temperature measurement circuits,
• Replacement of damaged winding parts with the new ones,
• Repair or application of new main lead bushings.

Inspections of Rotors:

• Repair of damaged collector rings or manufacturing of new ring,
• Rewedging of rotor windings,
• Repair of insulation parts,
• Replacement of gaskets,
• Improvement of rotor end windings,
• Improvement of cooling through ventilation ducts,
• Legalization of rotor shaft working parts.

Other Services:

• Assembly of modernized brush sets with forced ventilation,
• On-site balancing of motors and low-power generators.
