Manufacturing of generator windings

We gradually extend the range of our generator services by manufacturing of stator and rotor windings at our customers' individual requests.

We offer a full range of production orders service, from design, through manufacture of windings, to installation of the windings in power plants.

Advantages of winding manufacture at TurboCare Poland S.A.:

• In our windings we always use insulating materials only from recognized producers, like Isola or Isovolta,
• Application of insulation materials using a taping machine, which allows for achieving better parameters,
• In special cases, heading elements of windings are insulated manually,
• To each winding type we develop individual pressing processes, depending on overall dimensions and thickness of insulation,
• Development of individual pressing processes, depending on dimensions of winding or thickness of insulation,
• Modern presses for the manufacture of windings:
  • Isovolta - allowing for using more advanced insulation pressing and hardening methods,
  • Micamation - with work cycles programming capabilities, which assures more accurate repeatability than in manual control, and allows for recording pressing and hardening cycles.
