Generator upgrades
TurboCare Poland S.A. is a recognized company modernizing generators 200 MW, especially licensed by Siemens. We are experienced in the modernization of stators and rotors for the Polish and global power generation markets also in cooperation with Siemens.
The main objectives of generator modernization:
- Increasing of rated power by 15% (from 200 MW to 230 MW),
- Operating in changing loading conditions,
- Increasing of generator reliability and life,
- Prolonging time between inspections to 8 years,
- Decrease of generator vibration and noise during operation.
Scope of 200 MW generator modernization:
- Stator modernization,
- Rotor modernization,
- Oil seal system,
- Seal oil supply system,
- Hydrogen drier and induction system.
We also offer complete generator modernization and repair, including installation of new supporting equipment:
- Two-chamber hydrogen drier,
- Seal oil supply system,
- Main-lead bushing.
A comprehensive modernization covering replacement of generator supporting equipment assures safe and long life of the machines, without so many inspections, as it use to be before modernization.
