From our job candidates we expect the following:

• Graduation from technical colleges (power generation engineers, electrical engineers and mechanical engineers),
• Proficient command of English is needed; German would be an additional advantage,
• Job experience in power generation industry would be seen as an additional advantage,
• Command of MS Project, AutoCad, Pro Engineer and MS Office would be advisable,
• Flexibility, availability for business trips abroad,

• Communication and organizational skills

Electrical design specialist

Required criteria:
• Graduation from technical colleges, with electrical profile,
• Preferred specialization : rotating machines ,
• Designing predispositions or experience as a designer,
• Good English knowledge,
• Team work ability
• Good knowledge of computers calculation method of electrical engineering
• Knowledge of design supporting systems CAD 2D, 3D (like Pro/Engineer, AutoCAD) would be an advantage.

Marketing specialist

Required criteria:
• Graduation from management colleges, with marketing profile,
• Ability to conduct of market researches and analysis
• Min. 3 years of work experience on the similar position
• Very good English knowledge ( the Germany language would be an advantage)
• Very good experience in computers ( knowledge of the graphic program would be an advantage )
• Organizational skills, creativity, ability to manage time and priorities

Mechanical design engineer

Required criteria:
• Graduation from technical colleges, with mechanical profile,
• Preferred specialization : machines building ,
• Constructional predispositions or experience on constructor position,
• Good English knowledge,
• Good experience in computers
• Experience in computer calculation methods is required
• Knowledge of design supporting systems CAD/CAM (like Pro/Engineer, AutoCAD) would be an advantage.
