TurboCare Poland S.A. has advanced technology to manufacture and repair power generation machines and equipment. The high level of experience of our employees, their operational competencies connected with the modern machining facilities allows for realization of numerous and complex orders.

We have in our shop one of the state-of-the-art generator rotor balancing facilities in Europe, highly specialist equipment, e.g. CNC machinesthe, modern press for generator winding manufacture, WD-200 and WH-250 horizontal boring mills and a CNC vertical boring mill for machining parts of up to 5000 mm diameter.

The Company constructed a well equipped in-house high-voltage testing station with a 3200kV impulse generator. In addition to this, the installed overhead cranes with lifting capacity of up to 280 tons allows TurboCare Poland S.A. to supply large units.

The Company, drawing on the strength of fully equipped production shops is able to deliver a wide range of products, including special transformers and complicated generator windings.

The Company's great advantage is computer-aided design with Pro Engineer and AutoCad software applications. TurboCare Poland S.A. engineers completed training at Siemens Westinghouse Power Corporation in Orlando, USA giving them in-depth knowledge of modern design technologies, calculation methods and tools, as well as engineering analysis. The American engineering team has certified that TurboCare Poland S.A. specialists meet worldwide standards in the field of design and technology.
