Company Structure

The internal organization of the company is built to support specific services offered by TurboCare Poland S.A.. Customized services provided by the three product lines helps assure the quickest and most appropriate reaction to customers needs. All works provided in the product lines are continuously supported by the New Product Development Department which ensures a permanent flow of the newest technological ideas and innovative solutions possible.

The Generator Product Line, the largest of the three product lines at TurboCare Poland S.A., is a leading manufacturer and service solutions provider who specializes in repairs and modernization of generators for the power generation industry. A strong team of experienced engineers and technicians provides generator services and inspections in Poland and abroad - including the USA and many European countries. Recently the offer has expanded to cover manufacturing of equipment supporting generator operation, such as a two-chamber hydrogen drier, main lead bushing and seal oil supply station.

The Transformer Product Line is a highly qualified organization providing services on power transformers (over 1 MVA). The Product Line offers all-encompassing design, manufacturing, modernization, overhauls and services of unit transformers, net transformers and autotransformers. TurboCare Poland S.A., is one of a few companies which provides services for special transformers, i.e. furnace transformers and rectifier transformers.

The Mechanical Product Line manufactures high quality steel components with weight to 100 tons, for example generator frames, transformer tanks and large turbine parts. The Product Line specializes in various types of machining works of the large elements (1-100 tons), as well as manufacturing of pressure equipment and many other machining operations.

Diagnostics Product Line was formed as a result of a merger with former Modelpol. It offers solutions for diagnostics, turbine and generator service as well as consulting services.

The product lines are strongly and actively supported by New Product Development Department, responsible for providing new design and technology developments meeting all customer expectations/needs. TurboCare Poland S.A. is a diverse organization with manufacturing and service across multiple areas, such as furnace transformers, rectifier transformers, unique generator windings and generator supporting equipment, including the two-chamber hydrogen drier. Many of these products were taken from design to implementation.
